“The signs are great. I had trouble completing my order. This was the first year we did not outsource the printing and design to a third party vendor. I made a mistake on my order of 10 different banners. I accidentally ordered 2 of only needed 1. I had to completely resubmit my order from the beginning. It was disappointing that the customer service did not have the option to simply remove one from production. It was such a pain to upload large files. I am not sure we will use the fabric signs next year and move to a company that offers a higher level of customer service.”

“Wish I could say something positive but my experience was extremely disappointing. They made a mistake with my order and refused to provide a refund or reasonable solution. Instead I was told I could place a second order for only 5% off.
I spent nearly two weeks going back and forth with management trying to resolve the issue, but they were unwilling to take responsibility or make things right. As a business owner myself I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately the customer service and lack of accountability were far below what I expected.
In the end I was out nearly $1000 and had to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative suppliers.”
