“Constantly bounced around to people unavailable to discuss or create a mock up for a backdrop i made online. After two days of nonsense and multiple wasted calls and emails I ended up canceling the order. Not at all impressed with the customer service”

“Quality, speed and price are all positive, but I had placed an order for the wrong size, realized my mistake immediatly and contacted them about the mistake. The solutiion was to return the larger size for store credit and re order the smaller size, leaving me a store credit that basicly cant be used on anything unless I order another item. This was a one time purchase so I am just out the difference in cost..... Its 2025 and we cant figure out how to process a return??!! Very dissapointed with the outcome and despite having a credit will never use this company again.”

“High quality materials and design at a good price point. I have seen lesser products for nearly twice the price, and the speed of production and delivery was unbelievably fast. When I showed it to the board of the organization I ordered it for, they were extremely happy with the product. As the one who submitted the order, I was very pleased with the service of the team who reached out to me to proof the design and make sure the graphics were as high quality as possible to ensure the best end product.”
