“Quality, speed and price are all positive, but I had placed an order for the wrong size, realized my mistake immediatly and contacted them about the mistake. The solutiion was to return the larger size for store credit and re order the smaller size, leaving me a store credit that basicly cant be used on anything unless I order another item. This was a one time purchase so I am just out the difference in cost..... Its 2025 and we cant figure out how to process a return??!! Very dissapointed with the outcome and despite having a credit will never use this company again.”

“High quality materials and design at a good price point. I have seen lesser products for nearly twice the price, and the speed of production and delivery was unbelievably fast. When I showed it to the board of the organization I ordered it for, they were extremely happy with the product. “We worked with this company to finalize our digital design and ensure precise measurements, and they did an excellent job in that regard. The quality of the final product was impressive, and the turnaround time for both printing and shipping met our expectations.
The reason we are not leaving a 5-star review is due to challenges with communication. We had difficulty reaching someone by phone, and our requests for follow-up calls or an alternative point of contact were not accommodated. Given that our internal digital media processes span multiple departments, we would have appreciated more flexibility and responsiveness in adapting to our workflow.
Additionally, when we were able to connect with a representative, the interaction felt impersonal and at times gave the impression that our inquiries were an inconvenience.
That said, the end product was of high quality, delivered on time, and we would consider ordering from them again.”
