“Time frame was quick , I’ll give them that. But my print looks nothing like what I ordered and customer service told me since I approved the final proof they pretty much weren’t going to do anything and have stopped responding to my messages. We discussed artwork and the final proof looked perfect but what I received did not reflect that so I pretty much wasted $400 on a backdrop -_- the brightest parts of my design look like they were printed in the darkest inks they could find”

“Fabric Signs Guys was incredibly helpful throughout the process of buying a fabric tension banner for a trade show my boss was attending. I got quick and detailed replies from their customer service representatives and they truly did make the banner in a timely manner, as advertised. Additionally, their prices were better than most other companies I had looked into. My only complaint is that they only use standard shipping which doesn’t work too well when you’re in as big of a time crunch as we were. That being said, the customer service representatives walked me through how to ship the package through an external courier so that we could get it in time, so it all worked out in the end. If you are willing to wait the standard time for shipping, they offer free shipping which is nice when most other companies I looked into charged a lot for shipping. Overall, I would 100% recommend Fabric Sign Guys to anyone looking to get custom marketing merchandise quickly!”
