“Have not received the package. My event is this weekend and I still do not have my backdrop. No response on Saturdays, I've emailed and called. Someone forget to ship.”

“Constantly bounced around to people unavailable to discuss or create a mock up for a backdrop i made online. After two days of nonsense and multiple wasted calls and emails I ended up canceling the order. Not at all impressed with the customer service”
