“If I could leave no stars I would. You took my order, promised it would ship and to date it I beleive is still sitting on your dock, our event started yesterday. “The turnaround time was insanely fast and quality of the print is top tier. Normally quick turnarounds tend to sacrifice quality, but that is not the case with FSG.
Also their customer experience team tried hard to get it right. My first interaction with one team member wasn't great, and I told them that. They immediately apologized, made it right, and won me over with how well they followed through. I love a company that takes feedback well and cares about how customers feel.”

“Fabric Sign guys were really quick to respond and and to get me the proofs. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 becasue they were not able to match the branding color exactly (which is not a big deal) but that would be the only draw back for what I needed the fabic display and tablecloths for. I have not recieved the product yet, but it is due to be shipped tomrrow.”
