“We worked with this company to finalize our digital design and ensure precise measurements, and they did an excellent job in that regard. The quality of the final product was impressive, and the turnaround time for both printing and shipping met our expectations.
The reason we are not leaving a 5-star review is due to challenges with communication. We had difficulty reaching someone by phone, and our requests for follow-up calls or an alternative point of contact were not accommodated. Given that our internal digital media processes span multiple departments, we would have appreciated more flexibility and responsiveness in adapting to our workflow.
Additionally, when we were able to connect with a representative, the interaction felt impersonal and at times gave the impression that our inquiries were an inconvenience.
That said, the end product was of high quality, delivered on time, and we would consider ordering from them again.”
