I love that the stool has an insert. I use it for extra seating in our den when I am not using it for yoga. I had a problem with my first stool and the customer service person completely resolved the problem. Great customer service! I highly recommend FeetUp!”
“While the product is good for its intended purpose, I could not get any customer service. I tried the "chat" feature on the website as well as e-mailing "help@feetup.com." However, no one ever responded to either. I simply wanted some assistance with assembly. In the end I had to basically force the piece together. Two stars because the product itself is decent, no more stars than that because there is zero customer service. The first time they reached out to me was with this e-mail asking for what they hoped would be a favorable review. So with regard to the next question - "How did you communicate with the company?" - that must be some kind of a sick joke.”

“All parts screws where not included took forever to get a reply then took Roxanne forever to understand d what was missing and after I replied to email with pictures it’s been 2 days and still no resolution or response but I received this email lol because of poor customer service I would not recommend. At this point I want a return label and refund!”
