“I've been trying to connect with customer service since I received my order because of a hardware problem but no one is responding. Haven't been able to put it together... It has now been a week and counting and Roxana is ignoring my emails. I sent photos and a full explanation. They're happy they have my money but could care less if I'm happy as a customer.”

We are sorry to hear that you thought your unit has a hardware problem. We usually answer all our emails in 24 hours maximum if the emails are not sent during the weekend.
We have checked now your conversations you wrote us an email on the 1st of March and you received the answer the same day. Other emails were exchanged between you and our employee on the 2nd of March and once the problem was perfectly understood we sent you the replacement hardware on the 4th of March.
We deeply apologize if the Customer Service was not smooth enough and met your expectation.
