“Ordered a very nice expensive fireplace door and that was the only good experience I had with FDO.
Shipping was 4 weeks later than the original 3-4 weeks. After multiple emails and phone calls I was told one thing and nothing happened call again told another story.
Then they blamed the delays on Covid. After all the delays they refused to ship overnight.

“The experience I had with the doors and installation was great, the only unfortunate issue was they had not seen the two doors that were ordered and only send the 1 in time. After receiving these I am satisfied as the pieces fit great and were easy to install. I suggest easier instructions with better pictures as it took me some time to install it to fit my fireplace.”

The only negative was that I ordered an upgrade to the glass doors and received the standard glass door. I accepted the refund as I felt trying to get the door I requested and paid for would be too much of a hassle and the standard door looks nice.”
