“The fireplace doors use quality materials, are well made, and sized as specified. Installation straight forward. I had an issue with the length of the spark screen but FDO's customer service was easy to work with and responsive. Very happy with my experience.”

Shipping was 4 weeks later than the original 3-4 weeks. After multiple emails and phone calls I was told one thing and nothing happened call again told another story.
Then they blamed the delays on Covid. After all the delays they refused to ship overnight.
