A survey was arranged within a week or so. The surveyor was very thorough and explained all we wanted to know. We decided on the spot to invest in the largest heater produced. “By far the best alternative to Gas with no maintenance no boiler to maintain and no carbon monoxide worries. My only concern is that when our house needed an energy rating in my case to apply to have solar panels , but also needed for the sale of a property, there is only one place on the form for them to mark the type of heating and the Fischer heaters were put in the category of storage heaters and this was a very low rating, I argued against it but although they agreed these were far superior heaters than the old storage ones there was no where else to put them on the form . Perhaps Fischer could approach the national body to amend this.”
