“Surveyor was very informative about the product and advised us on the most suitable wall to have the heater installed. He also advised us on the most suitable programme to meet our needs (we are using our conservatory as a dining room). However, his estimate of the daily costing, (approx 50pence per day)based on the programme he advised, is just impossible. The fitters arrived on time, were very polite and again explained how to set the programme, and left no mess. Whilst this heater may be a little more expensive than other such products, it is well worth the money and we are pleased that we chose Fischer.”
“Great experience! Would recommend. Not 5 star as there are some lose cabling from where they removed my old storage heaters and didn't staple them back to the edges so look really messy now. Can't fault the installation and heaters though! Yet to fully use the thermostat functions so not able to comment.”

“I am delighted with the installation. However, the increased water pressure has resulted in a break in a joint in the pipework under the bath. This led to the bathroom floor being a centimetre deep in water at one o'clock in the morning. The knock on from this is some considerable damage to my neighbour's property in the apartment below mine. My water had to be turned off until a plumber could come the following day to rectify the problem. I now have a wet bathroom floor that will take some time to dry out.”
