“Fantastic company. Correct item was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately let down by the courier. However, they were helpful and acted quickly and effectively to resolve the problem ASAP. Will definitely buy from again in the future.”

“1st class service, next day delivery. Unfortunately one section was damaged by the courier and without hesitation, the company sent me a replacement completely FoC. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Possibly my worst delivery experience ever. I realise this isn't directly to do with Floorstock, but delivery is a major aspect of a customer's experience. APC told me my delivery was due on a given date between 14.09 - 16.09 and kept telling me that despite the goods not arriving until 20.05. I opened the door within about 5 seconds of hearing the knock, despite which the delivery driver had already left my package on the pavement and was walking off without a backward glance. My front door opens directly onto the pavement so anyone could have picked it up (or tripped over it); no other delivery driver has ever done this. And the tin was damaged despite the packaging.”

“First time I've used Floorstock Ltd. I'm impressed. The website states order before 2pm for next day delivery and that's what happened - ordered @ 11am and parcel arrived @ 1.15pm the next day. I'm happy. Thank you.”

“Telephone answered promptly. Goods received following day. Looked on eBay and Amazon for required irem, (not available) only Floor Stock had we really needed otherwise job would have been a nightmare. All good.”
