“The delivery date given by the courier,DHL, is Monday 4 December, but I understood my order was being shipped from within the UK, so a week for shipping by courier? Also the address that has been given to DHL has the the name of my road written twice!”
Hi Joseph, Thank you for leaving a review. We think you might have missed out the information that For Youth is actually a Singapore based company hence, it takes a week to be shipped to the UK. We at For Youth have recorded your address correctly on our end. DHL might have had some technical glitch that caused them to receive the address in a repetitive way. Hope this clarifies! 😊
“Delivery is SUPER SLOW. I paid for the supplements on 16 Nov and on 24 Nov, the tracking says "Starting delivery to destination country". It takes 8 days to start delivery?? You guys need to buck up on your service. Delivery from Singapore to me in Malaysia should be done in 3 or 4 days.”

“Considering my package hasn't arrived despite this feedback email presuming it has and asking for a review, I'll be honest. I love your products but your shipping to Australia is pathetic. Postage is slower than all other company or couriers. Never has any package arrived in the 3-5 business day timeframe as advertised. The tracking information provided is hopelessly out of touch and uselessly misleading. Please don't use DHL they're rubbish.”
