“I ordered 7 total prints. Super easy to upload, customise and order. Super responsive team. On-time delivery. Excellent quality printing and framing. Overall 10/10 experience, will definitely use again.”
“The frame "looks" ok from a far, but its actually super flimsy and warped. one bottom corner touches the wall, the other side sits about 10mm off it. The hook it comes with is pretty average. When it arrived the perspex was pushed through the front and scratches on the edges wehre the little metal tabs on the back have damaged it, these tabs are also super flimsy and barely hold it in.
The perspex is extremely static once you remove the protective films making it IMPOSSIBLE to not get hair and lint stuck to it, no matter what you do to avoid it. It isn't worth the price sadly.
I didn't give it 1 star because it was a good to have so many options for the paper boarder and frame style, but the quality is only worth 1 star.”
“One of my favourite services ever. Great quality printing/framing at a reasonable price. The online workflow is brilliantly simple and user-friendly as well. On top of this, great customer service as well when you need it. Can't recommend them highly enough.
The only thing I think they need to change is to stop using Aramex as one of their couriers because they're absolutely hopeless. They delivered one of the frames to the wrong address AND smashed up the contents. But Framefox's handling of the issue was flawless.”
“I recently order a set of framed prints from Framefox. They were photos of my late,father and I needed the framed prints to be delivered for a memorial service we were having for him. Time was limited so i contacted Framefox and requested if the printed frames could be sent through expedited shipping (that I was happy to pay extra for). Chloe from the Framefox team kindly offered to prioritise the order so that I could get it in time.
I was thrilled to receive the framed prints early as Chloe had ensured the order had been fulfilled on time and had them sent to me through express post (for which I was not charged). The framed prints were perfect! We had the memorial today and the prints helped make the occasion complete
