“I'm really happy with my frame. Looks terrific, was well packed, arrived swiftly and was simple to put together. If I have one little quibble, it was I just couldn't choose the colour of the border. It appears to be white or nothing and it doesn't really complement my cream-based image or that had a printed line on it. Other than that, I think it looks lovely.”

“Several problems with this custom frame. First, it seems to have a warp in it and doesn't sit quite flush with the wall. Second, one of the mitred corners slightly split on the first day - it's not falling apart, but it's not what you want to see on a frame that costs a couple of hundred dollars. It looks like a $10 junk frame from kmart. Third, the "let's hang" mounting instructions are too minimal – phrases like "measure the distance between the dots" don't help when there are several dots on the mounting hardware (I measured the wrong ones and wound up with needless holes in my wall). Honestly, I wish I had just gone to a professional framer.”

“Framefox was recommended to me so this is my first order. I’m very happy with the framed photos I ordered. Delivery was also fairly quick. No damage because of careful packing. The photos were a gift and they were excitedly received. I’ll definitely use Framefox again.”

“Just writing to say we received our photographic prints. And are very impressed. Many years ago I worked in Desk Top Publishing and we only had 6 colour printers. Your Epsom 12 colour printer is fantastic. We will be sending some more files through to you soon. Have a great Xmas.”
