“Easy to enter details and organise frame as required. However no confirmation email received, even despite two online queries and one direct email. Communication received only once delivered. Expected better service for price paid.”

“I was delighted by the quality of the print and the framing by Framefox of an image that required all four sides of it to appear flush with inside of the frame etc. The print quality was above expectations !”

“I sent a digital photo of the photos my family used for our visa to come into Australia in 1970. It was a b/w image with a very young mother and father about to travel to unknown lands. Love the print of that day.”

“My new frame is beautiful and very well made. It came with all the bits you need. Be careful when you open the hanging information. I accidentally threw out the archival tape provided because I didn’t realise the kit would be so thorough and inclusive. Will definitely be ordering from these guys again.”

“I'm so pleased with your service and your product. Your website is easy to use. I especially loved that I could drop my painting in the frame on screen and see how it would look. I was pleasantly surprised when the package arrived and I found inside that you had included the tape and nail! It was all so easy! Having done all the framing and matting myself for years this was a real treat!”
