Communication was clear once order place - I had misjudged the measurements of my custom size frame (allow for 2 x 3 = 6mm buffer to the width and height measurements for the area you want visible) the email communication made my issue clear to me and the team were quick to amend my order.

“I'm really happy with my frame. Looks terrific, was well packed, arrived swiftly and was simple to put together. If I have one little quibble, it was I just couldn't choose the colour of the border. It appears to be white or nothing and it doesn't really complement my cream-based image or that had a printed line on it. Other than that, I think it looks lovely.”
