“While the frames are good (having now purchased on 3 separate occasions) the fact that the "pre-installed brackets" were incorrectly installed (on all 3 of the latest frames) was pretty poor.”

“I enjoyed making the frames up online and they arrived well made and packaged, however the actual photos are flat and grainy. I don’t know if it was poor quality from my end (I uploaded directly out of photos on my iMac) zooming or adding colour enhancements but they look like they’re printed on office paper, not like real photos, and I would have paid closer attention or not edited them at all. I’ll probably reprint them and switch them over and I think for the price it isn’t worth it, although a good idea and good software and delivery timeframes.”
“Frames are average, nothing to phone home about. Print quality of photos was disappointing, these were high quality photos we provided but print quality make them feel like photos taken on my dad’s phone.”
