“Convenient service for custom sizes. I expected the wood frame to be 'finished' but it appears to be raw wood with a potential for splinters. Slightly disappointing for the price. Will probably still use Framefox again though.”
“Good quality frame, really good communication and arrived undamaged. The frame itself had a few areas where it could be smoother as the wood was a bit rough. It also had a spot of glue on the front.”
“The frames, printing and delivery were all excellent. However the dinky picture hooks included with the frames, while welcome, were in no way up to the job and tore out of the plaster during hanging. It would have been better to not include them.”
“Have used Framefox a couple of times now (for relatively small pieces), and am impressed. We have quite a lot of art, but the cost of getting it framed has always been quite a barrier. Framefox has definitely been a good option. Custom frames that look just as good as more expensive jobs!”

“I used Framefox to print and frame a few digital prints - Super easy process, and even the team assisted me with an upload of a large file. Frame arrived damaged, however full replacement was sent straight away. Will use again.”
“Good quality frames, but almost impossible to put the backing on when putting a photo or picture into the frame. The backing needs to be made slightly smaller so it can be placed onto the back of the frame without damaging the tabs that hold the backing place. No point in having a good frame if it is so hard to put the backing back in place on the frame.”
“The frame is great, really happy with it. Lose one star because one of the nails to hang the picture wasn't properly formed and couldn't be used. None of my other nails could fit at the right angle so it was a bloody mission finding another nail.
Apart from that, would recommend and am already planning my next order.”
“Very happy with the picture. The quality of the print and framing is excellent. The picture was extremely well packed for delivery except that the picture hook provided was attached to the rear of the picture and produced a dent in the backing material.
You lost one star because your promise that I should receive tracking details on or before 5th July never eventuated. On contacting you on 10th July as to the whereabouts of my picture I did receive an immediate response and the picture arrived 2 days later.”
