“I love this speaker and just bought my second one. Not because the first one failed - it hasn't. I've had it for years and it's operating perfectly, but I wanted to keep one outside all the time. Easy to use and the sound is very good.”

“To early for me to pass a final review. I know right now I’m very frustrated. Received my speaker in less than a week (good job). Problem is speaker won’t turn on. So I call tech support. Total disaster. Poor connection, difficult to understand, actually had to disconnect and call back. I lost my patience after being accused of dropping the radio and breaking it. They finally agreed to let me return it. Waiting for return documents now. I hope this story has a happy ending.”

“Just received my second "Tough" model. Quite disappointed that the only charge method is via USB. Very inconvenient for me. Previous purchase has a plug in charger. Charging this one will require using my laptop which will thus need to be charged. NOT good, NOT happy.”

“Great value, great sound in small package. As an avid music lover, equipment, gear and purchaser commercial free music service so the music never has to stop. This speaker will be integral to that ideal, going forward, pool side, work station gym. Very discrete and great fidelity- 6 speakers deliver balance sound not just a dominate muddy boom boom boom the other portable speakers deliver BLOWS THE DOORS OFF JBL and the other 6 or so portables that this suckered just retired. 90 bucks, done. If you want muddy loud bass this is not for you. If you want to listen to great sound that does not have to bother others around you with bass, try it. You will keep it. 9 hours straight by pool and 2 hours in kitchen and still had battery to spare. Next is to get another one for presentation work I do and let the kiddos do sing along, karaoke with one of the 4 battery powered mics and head sets I have. Demi-do-sickle (4 G-kid)will love it and have her next Christmas present already picked out. Tip-power button is on opposite side of unit from sealable charging and 1/4" plug in, not smaller button between top volume control button. It got splash on - no troubles. Small indicator light can be difficult to see in bright sunlight I would cup my hand over it every now and again just to see how the power was holding up. Just review instructions Zero, easy breezy. Zero ac plugs around pool area at Apt just like if you took it to the beach. So far all day and evening power, hopefully that will hold up after a year or more of use. I'll let ya know.”
