“This is the second fugu that I purchased. I truly enjoy the sound quality, and the user-friendly processes. I would rather have the fugu then an Alexa to listen to music. That way I am confident no one is listening to me. The first fugu that I purchased was quite a few years ago and it’s still running like a champ.”

“Thank you for contacting me. I’m not happy with the tough brand speaker I recently purchased. The sound quality is horrible. I would have preferred my previous speaker which came with a metal camouflage casing however it wasn’t available.”

“I have 2 original fugoo speakers that awesome! The new one or terrible! Sounds so tinny my ears hurt! I’ve been trying to return the speaker and have contact the company 4 times. The customer service is as bad as the speaker. I’ve had to claim a dispute with my credit card because no one is helping me with my issue. All I want to do is return it but I can’t even get a shipping label from fugoo. There was also no invoice in the shipping box! I will never buy a fugoo again. Which really bothers me since I’ve always been such a big fan!”
