Ordering to delivery. The dining table and chairs were of high quality and better than anticipated. Lynsey from Furvell was so good and kept me informed from ordering to delivery. The delivery guys were so courteous and cannot recommend this company enough. Will be looking at other items to order to furnish my daughters new house. Ordered from North Yorkshire from a company in London but much better service than well known high street furniture stores. “Despite receiving a damaged dinning table I am happy with how Furvell have resolved this matter. I contacted them to say the dinning table was chipped via instagram and they quickly sent a replacement and collected the damaged one.
