Hey David, hope you are having a great week and so sorry to hear about your disappointment. Have just checked and can see that the team express posted a replacement for the damaged item for you already without charge - please let me know if there is anything else we can do to help on that front. Regarding authority to leave, there is a legal requirement to ensure that all deliveries are for a person over 18 and are not allowed to leave at the address unattended. “I get so excited at the start of each month knowing the next delivery will soo arrive. Such attention to detail, branding and communication is on point. Last month my delivery arrived not intact. Disappointing nil communication from AusPost however this was promptly rectified after contacting Garden Street and new delivery despatched.”

“Hi, love the gin of the month but was not keen on the small sample bottle that was in the welcome pack. The measure device is great now I can measure my nips accurately, the information booklet is informative and loved the nut mix. The fruit is handy I already use them and was running low. Have you tried Green Ant Gin? Thank you , look forward to the next delivery.”
