I need to change my address. I was told by email that it would cost a little over €9. I did the whole process online, had to go to my policy station and in the end they charged me €35.
I closed the website and was totally annoyed. Now, 3 weeks later, I've received an email saying I haven't completed the change of address process yet. They give me 7 days.
That's unbelievable, isn't it? They want money from me, but I'm providing the service they're supposed to be doing.
Is there any way I could get the change of address for free?
