I haven’t received the order. It is supposed to be delivered by Evri but, despite receiving a email from Giesswein confirming that it was despatched 10 days ago, the courier tracking states they have not received it. Very disappointing.

Honestly I don't know what happened or who is responsible. I'm just figuring the two stars will get someone's attention. I ordered a pair of slippers some time ago. I got a shipping notification and kept looking for my package, but it never appeared. Now I am being asked about my level of satisfaction - so, clearly you are assuming I received the product. Nope! I do not feel inclined to track the package myself - sorry.

I haven't recieved the slippers yet, as they seem to have been stuck in Cologne for over a week, but they seem to be moving now. I am only giving a 1*, only because of the shipping. I hope to be able to give more *'s when they eventually arrive and I try them.

45 ist die neue 44 bei Giesswein. Und die 46 die neue 45. Das führt zu vermeidbaren Retouren. Die Retourabwicklung stockt, hoffentlich nur der Weihnachtszeit geschuldet.

The slippers are nice but they use the absolutely slowest way of shipping to the US. Three weeks if you are lucky although their website says 3-5 Business days.

The slippers look amazing but customer service is non responsive. I need to return the slippers because they’re too small. I sent an email but haven’t heard back on how to return. Now I’m stuck with slippers I can’t use.

I would love to write a positive review.... however I have not received the shoes I ordered, nor have I received an answer to my request for a delivery date..... My order was placed on 12/3 and my credit card was already charged..

It is difficult to rate your product when it still sits in Cologne (so far 10 days). When I finally was able to talk to a Fedex agent I was told that my order was not lost, but rather sitting in a large container waiting for a flight that could accomadate a large container. Interestingly, I was told that a similar incident occurred for a package that was shipped 3 days before mine. So, Fedex knew this was a problem. You should have been notified before shipping mine. Perhaps a good practice for Giesswein might be to check with the carrier for delays. Then you might choose another carrier to avoid the delay, or at least notify the customer with a more accurate delivery schedule. By the way, I was also told that based on Fedex's experience with delayed packages, I should not expect to see my package until Dec. 19 or 20, at the earliest. That would make it 11 working days, not 3-5. My poor rating for Giesswein is contingent on what happens from this point forward.

Leider scheint sich am Modell was geändert zu haben. Ich habe es 2023 gekauft und bin bis heute sehr begeistert. Die jetzt im Nov 24 gekauften haben eine andere Sohle, sind minimal höher, viel fester und für mich leider komplett unbequem. Schade!
