Haven’t received my package at all. UPS just says it’s in transit. There is no one to ask where my package is. Seems like something has to be done to speed up the delivery as I ordered in December.

Shipping is supposed to be 3-5 days. I placed my order 13 days ago and still have not seen my order. There is not even a tracking number available to track it anymore. Last time I saw it went from Austria to not far from Amsterdam then sat there for days and then could not track it anymore.i probably won’t order form this website again and would just buy them somewhere else.

mit diesem Schreiben möchte ich meine tiefe Unzufriedenheit über den Umgang mit meiner kürzlich erfolgten Bestellung zum Ausdruck bringen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass das von mir bestellte Produkt beschädigt bei mir ankam und zudem erheblich später als erwartet geliefert wurde. Diese Situation ist besonders enttäuschend, da es sich bei dem Artikel um ein Geschenk handelte. Nachdem ich meine Bedenken und die Problematik Ihrem Kundenservice mitteilte, wurde mir lediglich vorgeschlagen, den beschädigten Schuh zurückzusenden. Diese Lösung ist für mich jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend, da dadurch das Problem des verspäteten und defekten Geschenks nicht behoben wird. Es ist bedauerlich, dass mein Anliegen nicht ernst genommen wurde und keine angemessene Lösung angeboten wurde. Ich erwarte von Ihrem Unternehmen einen hohen Standard an Kundenservice und Produktqualität, welcher in diesem Fall leider nicht erfüllt wurde.

watch out you're being duped, everything is a hassle, you won't get a suitable answer and you won't get 1 pair for free: you have to pay the full amount upon exchange! bought two pairs of woolen shoes with sneakerkode. Only upon arrival did I see that they are not 100% natural. The size of 1 pair was incorrect to their advice. Huge hassle to return. This was 14 days ago. My money has not yet been returned to my bank account. And I am expected to pay the full amount again for the exchange to come to me! This means I pay 3 times for 1 pair of 50% natural shoes that are very heavy for the feet and the woolen socks (s)wet!!!

We received your return on 22 December and sent the exchange back to you on the same day. You received the aforementioned 50% discount on each pair when you placed your order and this was also taken into account in the exchange. You did not have to pay anything at 100%. DHL konnte die Ware leider nicht zustellen, daher ist Ihre Bestellung wieder auf dem Weg zurück zu uns. Grund dafür - gem. DHL: Die Lagerfrist in der Poststation wurde überschritten Sobald die Ware bei uns eintrifft, wird diese gut geschrieben und Ihnen das Geld refundiert. I have tried to get information about returning a product but yr chatbot doesn’t give the information. Your instructions for returning a product says to take the package to the post office who will return it. My post office in Paris said no. Their equipment cannot read the bar code on your return slip.
