“The slippers I ordered were excellent with regard to quality and appearance but unfortunately were too large. I ordered my normal size ie 6 or 39.I have no scanner or printer and thus cannot create a label on line.I intend to make my own label and return the slippers by Royal mail.I have balance problems and well made,comfortable slippers are very important especially as I am an elderly woman. It would have been useful to have guidance regarding size .the stars refer to these problems .”
