The customer experience was terrible. The delivery took twice as long as stated. The slippers were faulty and uncomfortable as a result due to some strange material used inside the wool upper. I returned the item for a refund and won’t hold my breath about how long it takes to get my money back.

I have returned too small shoes with the return label Giesswein provided (in the UK, the tracking was available). Giesswein did not refund the returned item, and customer service ignored all my three letters asking for help.

Your company’s turn around time for orders is slower than advertised
Packaging is deplorable I received my order in a giant box that had no packing material, and I was lucky that the box came to me sealed.
Customer responding to emails is unprofessionally long and unacceptable, I still haven’t received a response.
( If I were still waiting for my response I would not have been able to return my order in time for my refund ) !
I returned my order and the email regarding my refund is extremely confusing

Contacted costumer support because I ordered pair if shoes I needed by the delivery date. They got stuck in a different country. I'm in USA. I asked for refund so I could purchase diff shoes at a store here. Costumer support told me the shoes were already in USA when they weren't and refused refund.
