Order 2 different pairs of shoes in the same size. One pair fits fine, but the other pair is ridiculously narrow. When a shoe maker uses different lasts that influences the fit, a heads up would be nice to avoid returns.

Great quality product but takes a long time to receive credit for returns and delivery confirmation is unacceptably long even though black friday order. Competiitors respond much quicker.

I personally struggle to get shoes in my size. The same size seems to vary even within manufacturer. I found the largest size (14) didn't fit. I need a high instep/wide fit shoe. I would have liked to have been able to make a purchase. Alas you didn't stock a suitable shoe. Also for returns it would be helpful if you did have a residential pickup. I will likely only deal with Amazon Prime going forward for shoe purchases as a result.

The children's slippers are too big however I'm still awaiting a response to obtain a returns label, pretty poor for a firm such as this.

Returns really hard. Slippers really scratchy.

The shoes came with some glue on one of them. I asked if there was a way to get it off and was given a generic response about returns. I had been hoping to keep the shoes, but decided to return them since that’s the only information given. Also, at the time of purchase I thought the shoes were made in Austria and I was saddened to learn that they are made in China with little transparency as to the ethics of the factories.

The returns take far longer to process than the delivery.

I have returned the slippers as they were huge despite being the same size as a previous pair in a different style. The returns process is difficult as returns label is not provided and has to be printed from website which is not easy to follow. I will not order from Giesswein again as it is too much bother to return items. Such a shame as cotton slippers are difficult to find.

The ordering process and returns worked well. Unfortunately, the product did not fit well - specifically the shape of the slipper gave very little room for the arch/instep. They would work for someone with flatter feet but not for me.

Extremely stressful ensuring all requirements for returns are achieved. Rediculous assumption, everyone has access to a printer to print necessary paperwork, including label for return and meet timelines for refund. THEN, you get charged fees for return, when advertisment says, free return. A BIG put off from purchasing ever again...
