Ordered several weeks ago and still no delivery. Really a FedEx problem but the item has been stuck in Cologne since December 6 with no explanation. I’m sure the slippers are great but they are thousands of miles away!

Never received package that I paid for. Got stuck in Denmark. Been 2 weeks, still gasnt moved. Nothing really I can do except post here about the money Im out. Great Christmas present. Would not recommend.

I ordered two pairs of slippers as a Christmas gift on 6th December. It is now 16th December. My items were delivered to a wrong address and have not been found. I have contacted Giesswein costumer service twice and have received no response. I have also contacted Evri, the delivery company that lost my parcel 4 times and have not received any feedback. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, complete lack of customer support.

I have not received. It is stuck in FedEx, it is STILL in COLOGNE DE as of 12-14-2024. Disappointed. Unknown when I will receive. I cannot get information from FedEx.

I placed my order December 5th, My order still has not left Germany yet. It is the 15th and my gifts for my family haven't even made it into the USA yet. I don't think they will be hear in time for Christmas. How can a person give a review when they don't have a product.

My order was placed on 12/2, shipped on 12/5 and FedEx tracking reported on 12/6. The order arrived in Cologne, DE on 12/7 and has been sitting there ever since that date. I contacted the company on 12/13 and have had NO RESPONSE. The website clearly states delivery to be in 5-7 Business Days, which would have meant my delivery was to be at my house no later than 12/11. Today is 12/15 and there has been no response from the inquiry.

My package STILL has not shipped from Germany despite ordering it 13 days ago. I will not receive it in time for Christmas amd will have to do a chargeback. Horrible shipping.

Ma commande devait etre livrée par Colis privé. Leurs 2 emails sont tombés en spam. Pas de coup de fil, pas de sms. Le colis est reparti et il n y a plus la taille commandée. Donc je suis plantée pour Noel.
