“The lack of communication and them acting like they never recieved your emails is very annoying. No phone number to call. Waiting days on end for a response. Waited over 2 years for my figure (Myethos Jinx) for her to come damaged. I'm just over this company. Buyer beware. I gave them multiple chances to do right. They wouldn't even let me pick the figure I wanted for equal value it was random female figures or 20% after waiting for over 2 years. Good Smile US even told me to call my bank and get them for fraud. Just over this and never will conduct business with this company again!”
“I am still waiting for my package which was initially told to be shipped in mid Sep. after multiple requests for update, I am finally given a tracking number which stucks in “label created” for more than 1 week”
“This is the first of 3 five star reviews I’m going to write to make up for the one star review I left earlier for the reasons explained here. I didn’t know about their delays when I first ordered so I sent an email and a status request. Neither of these received a reply so I became a little annoyed then my package arrived and one of the items was wrong. I contacted them immediately and left the review kind of upset. It turns out they had not received my email or status request and provided me with proof with a screenshot of their email searches with my address. They immediately apologized for the mix-up and said they would ship out the correct kit and I would not be required to ship the other one back. These guys are really great and we’re quick to remedy the situation. I feel really bad for leaving the bad review in the first place based on a misunderstanding so I’ll be leaving multiple good reviews to try and not only balance it out, but bring their overall score up because they deserve it!”
“It took a week for me to get a shipping confirmation. Ironically this was only a couple days after I sent an email about my order not being shipped. It then took a couple more days for it to actually start moving via UPS. I got my items so I won't give you one star, but I wish there was more communication with myself about my order. Especially when I asked about it.”
“It's been 1.5 years and I still haven't received my item. Placed a pre order April 2022; item was released Sept 2022. It is Oct 2023. OVER A YEAR. They have not sent me the item. I could've bought it on discount on some other site for cheaper since it's been out a year, but I still haven't received my order. They scammed me for 285 dollars. There is no phone number to call, only an email address. They don't respond to their emails. Would never order from them again and I am telling all my friends never to order from them.”
