“Black Friday Sale - to much work for UPS & a mistake with delivery that left me without the product & go-kayaking on the phone to UPS! Despite all this Andy & his team kept me informed, looks to address the problem & talked to me as a valued customer :) Great service (despite the challenge) & very happy to shop with a small film who understand the value of customer service. “Delighted to have my Pyrhana Machno and Scorpio back home after a very efficient repair and service by Go Kayaking. Two splits neatly welded, skeg line replaced and seat adjusted; all done quickly and with excellent communication.”

“I can't Praise Go Kayaking enough for the help they gave me in selecting and setting up a kayak for me. Even with loading it on the car and selecting a roof bar system for me. I have not had service like that for a long time. Kian who served me went above and beyond to get the set up right. It is unusual for me to give 5 stars.”
