“Nearly two weeks and item has not even been despatched. Emailed the seller no response. PayPal dispute now. Awful company don’t bother”

Hi Sara, Many thanks for the feedback always appreciated. I've taken a look at your order and it was dispatched within 9 hours of ordering and sent on a next day service. After checking the tracking details, UPS are holding it as there is an issue with your address. I will email you your tracking details separately so you can see for yourself. I have contacted UPS this morning to sort the issue, they also now have your contact number in case they need to contact you regarding your delivery. By way of apology we will refund the order in it's entirety to your customer account here for your next shop so you can experience our normal high level of customer service, so if there is anything else you need in the future it's on us - by way of apology. Hi Tony, Thanks for the feedback. Online pricing is very competitive and often the club discount works out to be the same as the online discount. It's a tricky situation to remain competitive online, but also reward local club members. One thing is guaranteed - you won't find it cheaper anywhere else, whether that is at the online price or at club discount price. Hope that helps Andy

“Problem solved. I bought a deck that had been lightly used... I noticed a manufacturers fault and got in touch (6 months after purchase) and after a few checks they were more than happy to offer a credit note. Stock levels are a bit frustrating though.”

“Shift delivery all items there as expected. only issue being the box was a crumpled. none of the items were damaged just based off of what I ordered (foam footblock/hip pads) the box crumpled around it I assume in transit.”

Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The highlands and Islands service to Inverness (and other areas in that zone) isn't guaranteed next day, like the rest of Mainland UK. I can see on our delivery information this isn't clear enough, so I'll make the amendments so it's clearer next time. I would also like to refund any shipping you paid as we weren't able to fulfil that service - but you're anonymous! “I bought my kayak recently from Go Kayaking and found them extremely helpful in their service and advice. Having already paid for a kayak from another company and then being told that it was out of stock and having to go through the refund scenario, I was a bit hesitant about repeating the same experience. Go Kayaking made the experience so easy and transparent. They checked their stock levels whilst I was on the phone to them and even arranged for delivery on the only day that I was available at home. When I'm ready to purchase another kayak I will not hesitate in contacting them. First class service without the fancy charges.”
