Hi, Thanks for the review. We subsidies shipping to make it as cheap as possible for our customers, we always loose out on shipping especially because we have more expensive plastic free packaging, rather than the cheaper plastic packaging. Perhaps we could look at the item you bought and see if it can be sent via a cheaper service - we'll take a look at that and see if we can find a solution. Big thanks, once again. “The service was excellent! The young man assisting me was set quite a challenge to advise a suitable boat, both for my skill set, and for my size, which is a long way from average! He was then meticulous in ensuring my new boat was an excellent fit, which took quite a bit of work! It was also excellent value, and he even made me a coffee while I waited for my boat to be fitted to me. I was able to walk in to the shop with very little idea what I needed and leave with a perfectly fitted boat, ready to use, that I'm very happy with.”
