“Fantastic customer service , following an unexpected issue with courier , these guys then went out their way to ensure that hubbie’s new kayak was delivered promptly so he could get out out on the water sooner rather than later , they were so helpful , replying to messages within minutes and a delight to communicate with , amazing service!”

“I was on the hunt for a buoyancy aid and after a quick google I made the 50min drive out After about 10mins in the shop we have been given all the information I needed to make the right choice for me and then we where left alone to make the choice with no pressure what’s so weather 👍 After a good noisy around the shop and a few extra bits then what I came as always I headed to the till Can’t rate the service enough will definitely be back when the bank balance allows it 👍👍”

“Service is second to none. All staff are friendly and very experienced in the sport with great advice for any discipline. The shop have always had plenty of stock for what I've needed and the selection of boats on display is fantastic with plenty of demo boats available. The price of items are very fair compared to other retailers with a loyalty scheme in place to save on future purchases. These guys will go out of there way to help you get on the water safely!”

“So, with the availability of the Red 12’6” Sport being like ‘Hens Teeth’, I was taken back when a Google Search revealed that GKNW had one in stock, I jumped in with both feet and ordered and paid for it late on a recent Friday evening, fearful it might otherwise be sold to a third party if I hesitated. I was delighted to have spoken with Andy Lee, Manager, on following Monday when he confirmed receipt of Order which would then be Shipped that very day for ‘next day delivery’. True to word, I took delivery of the board on the Tuesday. The price was in line with Reds guidelines, but Service and promptness outweighed any discount that might otherwise have been available. Well done Andy and GKNW…”

“I purchased a mini bow hatch for my Pyranha Fusion 2 after messaging the team with a question regarding shipping. They confirmed the deck size of my boat and sorted everything out very quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thanks”

“Been looking for the right canoe for me, as I’m just starting out. Had the use of my cousins Venture prospector 155 and loved it. Finally found one at Go Kayaking. Ordered it of website mid afternoon and arrived following mid afternoon. Outstanding service, communication and the boat is fantastic.cheers guys....John.”

“I have visited the Preston Brook shop on a couple of times this month, on both occasions the staff have been polite, friendly, extremely helpful and knowlegeble. “Go Kayaking staff have been extremely helpful to Welshpool Canoe Club, as the club received a grant for new kit to offer outdoor sessions and trips to our members. Go Kayaking staff offered their expertise and provided our committee with a number of quotes to assist in our grant application, with advice about their products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable - via the phone/e-mails/in-person. Many thanks for your assistance which will enable us to get out members out on the water!”

“Super quick delivery. Total shame about the packaging. Ordered 2 books. Dispatched and delivered really quickly. Paper packaging was all torn and 2 corners of the books are all bashed in. Shame. But would go back as they seem like a swift and switched on outfit.”

“As I was placing my order on the phone at 4:30pm, it was being packed so as to catch the courier whose arrival was due - and the courier company messaged that delivery was expected the next day (at no extra charge)! In the end the courier couldn’t make it until the day after, but it was very impressive service. I was impressed at the efficiency of the shop. Thank you!”
