“29.3.21 Needed to replace sea kayak paddles (lost when my kayak in which paddle bag was stowed, was washed off yacht’s deck in a storm crossing the Atlantic). Excellent advice & service received on phone to Runcorn. Well-packaged & tracked delivery received in good time. Yet another excellent service from GoKayaking, thank you. “I phoned up last week looking to buy two sea kayaks. I knew roughly what I needed but had lots of questions. After several calls I had all the details that needed including some measuremts, options and good advice. The kayaks arrived today in perfect order. “Great customer service and a very helpful team. I was after a custom paddle which they have ordered for me from America. I had to wait a while due to shipment and manufacturing but the team was always happy to update me if I had a question. When my paddle finally arrived was posted the to the same day. I have purchased other items in the past and was always satisfied. I would definitely recommend shopping with Go Kayaking.”
