“If your are looking for a kayak choose GO Kayaking! Te tram there help with my purchase and gave great advice too. They had the exact model, fitout and colour I was looking for. They where priced well too and great value for money. The kayak was well package for delivery and arrived really quickly. I'll recommend GO Kayaking to my friends and family.”

“Ordered goods online but ordered wrong size. Telephoned to ask for the next size to be put aside for collection / swap, but was told this was not policy. I would say the person I spoke with should really be kept away from customers until he matures. Called into the shop, and the girl on reception was very helpful and cheerful, a credit to your business. I've given 4 stars due to the girl at reception. Would have been 5 but for the unhelpful chap on the telephone. There is another canoe shop within 30mins of your runcorn shop. The chap who answered the phone when I first called will cost you business”

“As a solo open canoeist, I found the choice of Grey Owl paddles exceptional. I didn’t need any assistance as I knew exactly what I wanted but a friend of mine needed help choosing the right paddle and they were very helpful. Also the paddle I wanted was on offer so I picked up a bargain, it also arrived on time and was well packed. 10/10 and will definitely use again.”
