“Slight issue with the sizing of my Dry pants, Contacted the shop and they asked me to send them back asap and they’d send a different smaller size pair out in the post. Great swift service and didn’t charge me for the Postage either. Definitely use Go Kayaking again.”

“Personal service with knowledgeable staff were the hall marks if my visit. The very friendly guy was so helpful in providing information on PBDs explaining the merits of each. He was also very helpful in giving me advice on paddling spots etc. thank you for the excellent personal service.”

“Friendly, efficient service but disappointing to receive an item mail order to find price charged in shop and marked on item was 20% lower than price we were told over the phone. Little appetite to resolve this despite polite email exchange.”

“Asked for different sizes of a canoe paddle to be brought to MEM for me to make a choice. This eventually happened and I was happy with the service at MEM but a bit disappointed with paddles not being there when first promised which gave me a wasted trip to Llan'”

“I ordered a backpack from their website and the delivery was really fast and I liked that plastic free was an option. However on opening the box I realised that the wrong size bag had been sent. I phoned the store and they were really helpful. A replacement was sent out the same day and I even got a follow up call to let me know it had been posted and the money for posting the wrong back once had been refunded. Excellent customer service and really easy and speedy to exchange.”
