“Ordered a helmet for my grandson for Christmas. It was delivered within 2 days. Good value. Sturdy and meets all the regulations. Good customer service with excellent knowledge if all things kayaking. Highly recommended.”

“The only reason I am even giving a 2 star is the young man at the shop was helped and full of apologies. I was waiting at least 3.5 months for my SUP board. It would of been nice to have monthly updates to where our boards where. But I was the one to call the shop quite a few times... It Would of been nice to have even receive a small token gift as a thank you for waiting so long. A few of my club friends also bought and had to wait. Thanks michelle carr”

Hi Michelle, Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for the pre-order for the SUP board - I hope it's treating you well. Yeah, I agree - customers should never need to chase their order. This has been a different year, and some delays are tolerated. We always aim to communicate these with the customers when we get these updates. I apologies that in your case you weren't satisfied with our communication, and we'll look at making sure all our customers are updated with delays should they happen I'll see to it personally that all customers waiting for stuff are updated more regularly & I'm sure you'll have a better experience with us next time. “Excellent service, excellent stock and excellent knowledge. Some people would pay a premium for this sort of service, but package deals are always available. They do try before you buy on their on site canal and this is so important in helping people get the right boat. I would not go anywhere else for my paddling needs, well worth the trip to their shop!”

“After an extensive search I found a helmet in the style and color I was interested in at Go-Kayaking Northwest half way around the world from where I live in Alaska. I contacted Go-Kayaking and Linton in addition to being very pleasant to deal with handled the transaction quite expeditiously. I was delightefd to receive exactly the helmet I was looking for five days after completing the transaction. I was also struck by the name and thought how appropriate that it is Go-Kayaking Northwest because the state of Alaska where I live along with Washington, Oregon and Idaho are considered the Northwest region of the United States.”
