“Bought a kayak online and went to pick it up. What a great shop with friendly and helpful staff. Well laid out with plenty of stock Kayaks of all shapes and sizes, i could have easily bought another. Instead came away with a new cag as well as the kayak. Definitely going back again. Thanks”

“I wanted to buy a kayak for my wife as a present. She had a go on a friend's Tootega Pulse 85 last summer and really enjoyed it. I searched on Google for a stockist and found you. We live in Manchester. I looked at your website, made a phone call to you, placed an order on line and visited your shop to collect the kayak and buy a paddle. Everything about your service and your helpfulness and professionalism was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you very much indeed. We will be back to buy some more extras soon! The kayak has been given a name - Ruby!!, but hasn't been launched yet. That will happen in the early summer in the sea at Abersoch. Many thanks for all your help. Very happy to give you five stars!”
