“Great service in store today, being new to the sport we didn't really 100% know what we needed but Andy.B was able to advise and we left with two wet suits and Kags which will hopefully keep us paddling through the cooler weather in the next few months. Also got some good advice on other equipment that we may need in the coming months - will definitely be back, Eric has his eyes on a new Kayak :)”

“Bless this boat and everybody who sails on her. GIN! GIN! I went to go kayaking because I was struggling with my old sit in kayak (LONG LEGS!) and in need of some advice about a sit on. The guys there asked me questions that I hadn't considered, even asked my wife who I paddle with about pace and style etc so that we had a good match. After a short time they knew exactly what I needed and sat me in the perfect kayak that just felt right straight away. Sold! The service was brilliant, the shop was very well organised and covid safe and I was assured that after service would be great. They even checked that I had secured the kayak to the roof of my car properly before I left! Would recommend these guys 100%.”

“I would just like to thank Andy at Go Kayaks for the level of professionalism and expertise offered to me yesterday while kitting me out with my new Kayak.His level of knowledge was second to none and there was no up selling that I had experienced at another kayak show room local to me. Well worth the Seven hour journey. Highly recommend making the effort to travel to these guys before making your decision. Best personal one to one Service I have ever been given. Regards Jason”

“First time visiting the shop, and wow, fantastic service! We were looking for Buoyancy Aids but had no idea where to start. Staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and assisted us in choosing the right ones. First class service. Would highly recommend.”

“Very helpful , knowledgeable , polite. As a novice i have a small insight into the world of Kayaking, I left the shop with a lot more confidence / excitement ! Mayo was wonderful and she really helped me . I would recommend anyone who’s interested in kayaking go up and see them or give them a call ! 10/10”

“We needed a helmet and when I checked the stock it showed as 'in stock'. However, when we arrived they could not find one. They did sort one out the next working day though and posted it for free which was a great service. They followed up with a phone call and kept us up to date. So I would say this was good customer service.”
