“Excellent personal service. The moment I arrived I was greeted by the guy who asked what I was looking for. He brought me several clothing options to try on. He took his time to listen to what I wanted and even made recommendations that were perfect. I was delighted with the service, the friendly atmosphere and the choices available. Will most definitely shop there again, thank you.”

“I bought a pair of Peak UK long johns and NRS jacket. I’ve used the Peak UK long Johns before so more than happy with them. They come up bigger than expected. On the size guide I should be an XL but the large are a great fit. I returned one jacket in exchange for another. Go Kayaking returns process is nice and simple. Good prices on the sale items and helpful, knowledgeable staff”

“Recently visited Go Kayaking to view new sea paddles, after some advice from Andy I bought a set of Aqua bound splits and am really pleased with the quality and feel of them. They were an unknown brand to me but glad I took Andy's advice.”

“The staff are all knowledgeable and gave good advice. They were extremely helpful when the item I ordered did not fit, looking into fitting details of alternatives so that the replacement item was perfect. They even sped up the return process to ensure I had my item in time for my trip. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time.”
