“Great prices, great selection. Had an issue with UPS saying they had my package when they didnt but a phone call to the store quickly resolved this issues. Will order again from here!!”

“I am really disappointed in the opaque returns policy. Most other outdoor outfitters are accommodating and willing to work with customers especially seeing as in-person shopping has been difficult to do during Covid-19. Not go kayaking, they are happy to sell you things that you cannot use and then not take them back. READ THE FINE print before purchasing anything here.”

Throughout the last 50 years of trading, our ethos has been to ensure people get the right product first time. This helps minimise returns in the first instance. “I have just purchased my first canoe from go kayaking and I already want to put an order in for a second ! They have made the whole process so easy and efficient. In addition to this they have given invaluable knowledge and advise to myself. This has made my canoeing experience safer and much more enjoyable. They outfitted my canoe for me and what a great job they did; from fully lacing my canoe, to fitting a deep yoke, end loops and attachment points for my air bags. The staff are super friendly, approachable and really do just want to help ! I really cannot recommend go kayaking enough to anyone ! I will be back at the shop again that's for sure, even if its just for some paddle talk Ryan G”
