“They suck!!! I filed a complaint because they delivered the hearing aids to the wrong house¡!!! Not mine!!;,said A GENTLEMAN answered.... Ummm NO !! they send me a copy of GPS!!! And tell me pretty much figure it out myself ,??? Useless !!!”

Hello Kimberly, We're sorry that you haven't received your hearing aids. As the relationship manager stated, we followed up with the USPS in Massachusetts who confirmed via geolocation that the package was delivered correctly at your front door. The possibility exists that the package may have been stolen. The USPS will speak to the carrier and provide further feedback to you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced as a result.
