“What a fantastic website of so many lovely plants, i bought a few roses. The site was very well laid out and checkout was very easy. My ownly very small niggle would be the descriptions for the roses were a bit abstract and didnt give a clear idea of what the roses would smell like, i know smell is subjective but a few terms like raspberry, fruity, honey etc would have been better. The roses arrived very quickly and great packaging meant no harm done in transit. The quality of the roses was top notch and very excited to see how they bloom. And lastly, the customer services lady, Sally, has been of great support before and after purchasing. I love that there is a real English person to support you when spending quite a bit of money and anxious about ordering from a new company i had not shopped at before, as so many companies out source customer services to other countries, where they have no idea of out climate and how roses should grow here in the north west. There was a slight issue of being sent the wrong rose, called up and was told i would receive the correct one in two days time. What a really lovely company and will be back for sure, wallet allowing. Thank you all who work there for my wonderful roses.”
