Thank you for your review. I agree that it does feel like a long time for delivery with any orders placed after 6am on Wednesdays up until Monday 6am, as these only leave us Tuesday but that is the longest it will take - 7 days. Orders placed before 6am Mondays will be with customers on the Wednesday (a 2 day delivery). We coincide these times with our DX couriers and to reduce transit time for the plants. Glad you are happy with the plant quality and thank you for taking time to review.
“The service and quality of the plants I received are incredible. This is the second time that I have made a reasonably large order and I can confidently say that the plants are second to none.
The plants are fantastically healthy and they are exactly as described, to be honest I would go so far as saying that the plants are better than described, I don't think that anyone buying from and dealing with golden valley plants will be disappointed in any way .They will be my go to nursery for any plants that I buy in the future.
As to the lady that I've spoken to in the office , she was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and was very approachable .
