“I bought this rose Bush as a gift for some friends in memory of a much loved pet called Roxy and they were over the moon! The plant is healthy full of buds and we are all waiting to see it flower!! “The plant arrived in excellent condition. I have rated it only 3 because of the excessive amount of packaging. The box was both very tall, long and wide. On opening I found the plant securely fitted into a small corner with all the rest just empty space. A box half the depth, width and length would have been sufficient. This would surely have cost less both in materials and postage,and would have made it far easier for me to break up for recycling.”

“Ordered a 'Kiss Me Kate' potted rose. Issues with delivery meant we did not receive the plant for 2 weeks. This was entirely down to DXExpress trying to deliver to the wrong postcode. Golden Valley received the rose back (to be reabilitated) who provided an update that a new rose would be posted along with a complimentary plant. Received promptly and was very pleased with the quality of product. Would purchase again.”
