“Sadly rather dissapointed. The bay trees I bought were a birthday present for my husband but arrived almost a week after his birthday - the delivery times on the website are a little misleading. When they arrived they were lovely and healthy but not what could be described as 'lollipop' trees - one had growth throughout the trunk. Finally having paid for 'gift wrap' for the pots - there was no sign of it.
I am sure the trees will do well but the experience was dissapointing.”
Dear Lorraine, we are so sorry that the trees arrived later than anticipated - we are glad to hear they are healthy however we understand when buying for a present timing is crucial. We will be in touch via email to discuss the gift wrap not being applied unfortunately in a rather busy week this seems to have been missed. We will certainly address this with you however we understand the disappointment and apologise for this experience - we certainly do aim for 100% customer satisfaction and can see this was not the case with your order.
