“Plants were received on time and in good condition. We planted them as soon as possible after delivery and so far they are doing well. One of the plants was a gift but unfortunately this plant had no label attached to the pot so I had to explain what it was to the recipient. All plants should have a label.”

“I ordered 2 packs of 6 shady perennials but only 1 was delivered. The mistake was quickly rectified when they sent out the second pack having taken care to check which varieties I had received. The plants were very healthy and are already showing signs of new growth after a couple of weeks.”

“Plants are always first class quality. Used to be better value and it's a shame that their prices have risen. Saying that, there are lots of offers and free gifts. Delivery is quick.
I've taken a star off purely because of delivery. Despite on the last two orders it clearly stated please leave by back door (which is a really short distance from front door), they were both times left on front step. Luckily I managed to see the delivery on one occasion and got him to take them to the back, but one time I had to do it myself. I'm disabled with arthritis, walk with a stick and find moving heavy boxes hard work. So if they get delivery to actually read the instructions I'll definitely give 5 stars.”
