“Use gotucream if you have balanitis. It does actually work but you have to use it 2-3 times a day consistently and it will help heal it. I was skeptical about it at first but it did help after I used anti fungal creams, hydrocortisone cream, Vaseline, desitin cream… nothing worked as well as gotucream. My only gripe is the smell is very strong like pine tree sap or turpentine.”
