“My order arrived safely being very well packed since I had ordered quite a few items intended for Christmas presents. “Recently ordered two lampshades. Love both, they work well in our bedroom. One of them was not going to be in stock for sometime, however I contacted customer service and they were able to ship me one from the Bath store. Great result and excellent service. Thank you.”
