“Seemless ordering and great quality item. Only downside was delivery. Was told by delivery company that they had tried to deliver but i wasnt in. I was in all day and sat by the door for my one hour time slot and they didnt come so had to pick up parcel the following day..frustrating!”

“A home-delivery order sadly arrived broken but G&G immediately arranged for me to pick up s replacement from their goods out warehouse (at my request) and very speedily refunded the delivery charge. I was especially impressed by both the person I spoke to on the ‘phone and the warehouse manager I dealt with when I picked up my order. The product (urchin jug in blue) is brilliant, by the way!!!”

“I messed up order by not filling in discount code so they ammended after the fact. Then I ordered another item and then forgot and had to query payments to them. Lots of emails back and forth all very pleasant and to the point plus quick responses. Wish they had cheaper items as I love loads of their stuff.”

“I ordered the four amber cushions from Graham and Green and loved them so I brought the throw to match. It is lovely and warm and snuggly. My teenager who never leaves her bedroom has started hanging out in the lounge snuggling up with the blanket ! It’s lovely !”
