“I hadn’t used this company before and my first purchase was not a large one however it arrived packaged beautifully and in a manner I would expect from a very high end shop oh and the item that I bought was also perfect. I would not hesitate making further more substantial purchases if this is the standard they aspire to.”

“I ordered the swan head. It arrived swiftly after paying a lot of money for postage. Well packaged. The swan itself looked cheap and nasty. I then returned the item. The returns process wasn’t easy and again had the postage cost deducted from my refund. Wouldn’t rush to order from them again.”

“Appalling service. My order was not delivered for over a month and there was no update on the whereabouts of it. There was no apology issued for the screw up. The lack of acknowledgment of responsibility for this and the inconvenience it caused the customer is shocking.”

“All the usual plaudits apply to G&G, excellent sales and after service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, great supply chain, great products and prices. Where they excel is with their eclectic range of beautiful, well made and useful goods that work in any home setting. Vintage? Modern? Maximalist? Contemporary? G&G have something to make your house your home. An online and paper catalogue, with in store displays that will prove too tempting.”
